I couldn't even get in using the administrator account. Please note that I don't have access to the PC as I live too far and I will be attempting to do this with them over the phone (they aren't so I just briefly installed her HDD in to my desktop, found the Sys32/config/regback files, replaced the ones in Sys32/config with the ones from regback.
