I did still receive a number of "access denied" but thinking those might be System folders/files, some virtual files/folders from IE sandbox. Unlocker is only applicable if the file is currently in use. I that the files affected lost their security properties (No groups or users have permission to access this object). Enjoy!

The frustrating part is that any Freshman computer science student can write a text editor that is more reliable. Thanks again. I am not an expert… so I can tell you the above worked for me… and Microsoft support was worthless. Just run in a evalated prompt the following command. I can see many of them with the drive connected to an XP box.
