Run the System File Checker Type sfc /scannow into the window and press the [Return] key. Re-register Cortana is work for me. Then sfc /scannow from the same. Setting groups of directories to .old and then logging into my normal account and see if it fixed the problem to gradually narrow down the problem. Thank you.
