For those interested in helping me out here is the url for the info i have found so far.. So the smallest FAT32 volume is 33549824 bytes, which is 32763.5 KiB, or 31.996 MiB, ie 32 MiB. Can USBCrypt encrypt the C: drive? Do you have the BIOS set to boot from the CD drive??

Of course you'd still have to boot with an XP cd to install the OS.Why haven't you made any progress? I can use diskpart to create the new partition without problems.
