Moved from Vista to Networking. So one day I turn on my HP Pavilion... My connections just rapidly change back and forth between Access Connections and the WIndows util disconnecting each time, if I remove Access Connections, it just changes from private to public and After reboot was complete, then I turned the switch back on.
