I did a reboot after installing zone alarm basic firewall and they uninstalled it on my computer. Using other resident security products will conflict with your ZoneAlarm product and could result in technical or performance problems. L2mfix will continue to scan your computer and when it's finished, notepad will open with a log.

OK-- I reset to defaults, rebooted, and tried a manual update. Copy the contents of that log and paste it back into this thread, along with a new Hijack This log.
