Solved: Windows Live Messenger 2009 - Webcam Issues

Any advice on what it may be or how I can figure out what it may be?? Our corporate IT security people refused to change our firewall, and said I should wait for Microsoft to fix the problem on their end. In Vista this is an installer error, so make sure you have a valid driver install file and completely uninstall a previous driver version before installing it again. The only thing I am aware of that fixed it for some people is forcing Yahoo messenger to use Video for Windows (VfW).
