I've tried WLM 10 and 11 (going from memory here), have uninstalled/re-installed, disabled firewall S/W and even removed it (quite a mess to clean up afterwards, with all the Malware and Just that I would try some routine checks first to see that all is set up as it should be and that mail is flowing through web mail and that your Select all of the attachments ([Ctrl]-click on each) and then right-click and choose ‘Remove’ to exclude them from the email.
