Solved: Windows Installer 3.1 (v2) Won't Install

Either the component that raises this event is not installed on your local computer or the installation is corrupted. Installer 3.1, Installer 3.1 won't install (KB893 Oops, forgot to check the "Notify me of replies" checkbox There was never a Win 2000 on either machines.
