I can't stop WinPatrolEx always asks for permission to run unless I turn off UAC. why when the dog barks & I select NO the program will not accept that as an answer. I have tried glarys Pro, Win -Utilities, Iobit, Relvo, Tune-ups 2012, and the free Ccleaner.

I'm guessing you are talking about a startup being added, sometimes you have to disable those in msconfig if they keep coming back when telling winpatrol to remove from startup.
