No virus is found upon scanning, but the problem persists, can some one plz help me with some suggestions. Now haven't gotten any Error 1719 so far, but still have the same problem with svchost.exe .

what version of WIndows? These viruses exploit vulnerabilities in the operating system that were patched months ago, so if you got infected then you're not up-to-date.
