Yeah, I thought we had all agreed on bending some of the fins it before going the cutting route. very fast and stable, might buy the 2x4gb Crucial kit and replace my Corsair Vengeance 4x4gb CL9 kit. Btw; i went to another site with some more specs about that processor, and it said "65nm SOI". Also, you won't see a big speed increase moving from a 2.4 GHz to a 3 GHz CPU on this motherboard.

It will look pretty funny in your case having two LP and two regulars, but it will work nonetheless. I can't advise you on the compatibility, hopefully someone will answer that later.
