First, under the circumstances and your suspicions, you wouldn't want to restore that backup. To enable Webroot, you may first have to disable Windows Defender. There is no charge for Support as long as you have a valid Webroot key code. You can try using System Restore to see if that helps or not and since you can always undo that action...
This program is called Lenovo Customer Feedback and can be found at C:\Program Files (x86)\Lenovo. I appreciate the quick response.
