The taskbar is present but... Ccleaner I've been able to upload videos before. But even with the video specific uploader it still doesn't seem to recognize that there are any video files there. Hopefully the bugs you're seeing will get worked out eventually.

Could this Process Be a Virus? They are small (less than 1MB). If restarting a new instance of explorer.exe in this way does not immediately redisplay the taskbar, close any programs you had open and do a normal reboot of the computer. and basicalllly crash the laptop.
