Hope so, 'cause I Chat online with my Son In California. I spent 2:30 hour with HP technical support and installing and upgrading all drivers software, that didn't fix my problem. the box was checked, in-checked it and checked it again….and this adds number 4 fix…..but so far.. Can you help??
