Intel Q45 integrated graphics = GMA X4500, which is also in my old rig (with a Gigabyte G41-based mobo). Its motherboard has 4 memory slots, so that'll allow you to install a 2 GB module in all 4 slots and max it out with 8 GB of DDR2-800 RAM.
