C:\Windows\SysWOW64\svchost.exe is a legitiamte file. if youre up to it - before you start you can also install SUPERAntiSpyware wont hurt to run that one in safe mode as well. It didnt find anything, and when I restarted I got the blue screen of death (see attached). Check that your Windows HOSTS file does not contain an entry for any AVG / Grisoft websites in it...
