I proceeded to load the disc and instructed the device manager search d drive for the driver. It looks like a case of if it ain't broke don't fix it. I'm not sure if doing so would replace the Standard Dual-channel IDE drivers with the old nForce SATA drivers. I am using windows 7 professional on lenovo with no problems.
