It will at least make it easy to find and empty when needed!As other have suggested, you need to try to stop users opening attachments before saving them to somewhere safe. If the users rename the attachment as they save them, it will resolve the problems. This is a long established email address and I do not want to change it now. Source

I presume that the resumes end up being saved to a folder specific to the client? Is there a way I can reprogram HotMail to open all photos? Why is that? (I used to be able to, but now I can't. When I open the e mail, the picture is a "gray block'".
I can open email Without an attachment. but not resume.doc. I receive resumes as attachments from numerous people. Again, does it mean we lost those pictures forever?
I had been told to put in %temp%, when I did that I didn't get any files that were named "resume." With your way of going into "Local", I found exactly Most send their resume with a name such as, "John Doe.doc or docx", but I receive resumes attached that are named "resume.doc". I see no point in keeping a Hotmail account if I am constantly having to forward emails to Yahoo or Outlook Express, which have no problems with opening them!
