The mouse will not move , the computer freezes on web pages and I get a message asking me to "Close the Program" and some other message with "Close The Program". IE loads faster but it too periodically locks up and needs restarting.... I just did the ping and all of my commands came back as time=1ms. FYI,...

The computer is slow to start most of the time. Windows 10 Web Search not connected to the internet, but laptop is in General Support Ever since build 10130, Windows Search claims to not have access to the internet, yet my I can't shut down so I have to unplug the computer. this program does this automatically for you.
