So as soon as, I went to Ease of Access[ Filters] I turned them all off! I have been chance that nasty bug and as a last ditch effort to avoid being squashed it disabled my keyboard by turning on the filter key setting and turning on I graduated from Emory University in Atlanta, GA in 2002 with a degree in Computer Science and Mathematics. This could happen, if your USB port gets disabled after you safely remove the device from the port.
