It's possible you may have set your memory's latency timings too aggressive, or maybe the sticks can't handle the frequency you're trying to run them at. Don't know what caused it, perhaps a new M$oft patch, who knows what, and don't care either.
Pointing the wizard to c:\windows\inf did not make a difference either.
